The facility Director‘s experience extends more than 22 years of Geriatric Program Administration and Skilled Nursing Care. A vital part of the admission process is identifying each individual needs, developing an individual service plan, and assuring the facility can meet every need, experience matters.

Crossroads is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services since 2007. The facility is licensed as a Type B facility with 16 private accommodations.
